Hammers JCC Maccabi 16U scored nine runs in the first inning, leading to a 14-2 win over Baltimore Maccabi 16U on Monday. Key contributions came from Hunter Kass, who doubled to bring in a run, Toby Harris with a bases-loaded walk, and Holden Cohn's RBI single. An error also added two runs, while Sam Swedarsky grounded into a double play that brought home another. Kass later doubled again, driving in two more runs.
The Hammers added another run in the second with a Cohn single, then stretched their lead in the third with four more runs, thanks to RBI walks from Alex Demas, Cohn, David Lieberman, and Zach Adelstein.
Dylan Baron secured the win, pitching three innings, allowing just one hit and two unearned runs while striking out two and walking four.
Kass and Cohn both had two hits and three RBIs. Demas drew two walks, while the team as a whole tallied 11 walks. They also turned a double play. Baltimore's Isaac Shapiro had one hit, and his team also turned a double play.

Hammers JCC Maccabi 16U secured a 9-6 victory over Chicago Sher on Tuesday.
Chicago- Sher took an early lead when Jacob Jordan drew a bases-loaded walk in the first inning. The Hammers quickly tied it up with an Alex Demas RBI walk, and a wild pitch in the second gave them a 2-1 lead.
After Chicago- Sher tied the game at 2-2 in the third on Jordan's RBI single, the Hammers took control with a seven-run third inning, highlighted by a two-run double from Holden Cohn, giving them a 9-2 advantage.
Demas earned the win, allowing four runs on three hits over three innings while striking out five. Paxton Feder took the loss for Chicago- Sher, surrendering one run on two hits in relief. Jesse Klein started for Chicago- Sher giving up eight runs (seven earned) on two hits across two and two-thirds innings.
For the Hammers, Ryan Steinberg, Jake Bursztyn, Holden Cohn, and David Lieberman each had a hit, with Bursztyn, Cohn, and Lieberman driving in two runs apiece. The team drew six walks and stole six bases, led by Steinberg and Toby Harris, who each swiped multiple bags.
Jordan, Feder, Aiden Katz, and Aiden Litwin each recorded a hit for Chicago- Sher , while Jordan led the team with two RBIs. Chicago- Sher also showed patience at the plate, drawing nine walks and turning a double play in the field.

Hammers JCC Maccabi 16U earned an 8-4 win over Los Angeles 16U on Monday.
Los Angeles took an early lead with two runs in the first inning, courtesy of an RBI single by Macai Friedman and a groundout by Beau Bilkiss. However, the Hammers turned the game around in the bottom of the fourth inning, scoring seven runs on three hits, highlighted by a three-run double from Hunter Kass,and a two-run Homerun by Derek Yormack.
Charlie Shapiro picked up the win for the Hammers, allowing one hit and two runs (one earned) in one inning, striking out one and walking two. Max Hurlburt took the loss for Los Angeles, surrendering four runs on two hits over two-thirds of an inning. David Lieberman started for the Hammers, giving up five hits and two runs in three innings, while Ben Fischler started for Los Angeles, allowing four runs on three hits over three and one-third innings. Derek Yormack closed out the game for the Hammers, pitching a scoreless inning of relief.
Kass led the Hammers with three RBIs, going 2-for-3. The team showed discipline at the plate, drawing eight walks and turning a double play. Los Angeles saw contributions from Josh Feder, Friedman, and Matt Mechanick, with Friedman leading the team with two hits in two at-bats.

Hammers JCC Maccabi 16U defeated Baltimore Maccabi 16U 7-3 on Wednesday.
Baltimore struck first with an RBI single from Isaac Cohen in the top of the first. The Hammers quickly answered in the bottom half, scoring two runs on a wild pitch and adding another on a David Lieberman RBI walk. Another wild pitch in the second extended their lead to 4-1.
Dylan Baron earned the win for the Hammers, allowing three runs (one earned) on five hits over three innings while striking out two. Ben Wahlberg took the loss for Baltimore, surrendering four runs on one hit with seven walks across one and two-thirds innings. Hunter Kass closed it out for the Hammers with a scoreless inning, striking out two and allowing just one hit.
Ryan Steinberg, Kass, and Baron each notched a hit for the Hammers, with Steinberg driving in two runs. The team showed patience, drawing 10 walks, with Alex Demas and Toby Harris leading the way with two apiece. The Hammers were also aggressive on the basepaths, swiping eight bases, including multiple steals from Sam Swedarsky and Harris.
Cohen led Baltimore’s offense, going 2-for-2 with two RBIs.

Hammers JCC Maccabi 16U dominated Maccabi Dallas San Diego 16U with a 19-0 victory on Tuesday, powered by a 10-run second inning. Key plays in that frame included Holden Cohn’s RBI fielder’s choice, Josh Mandel’s RBI double, Zach Adelstein’s two-run double, two runs scored on an error, and RBI walks from Charlie Shapiro and Alex Demas. David Lieberman added an RBI single, and another error brought in one more run.
The Hammers had already taken control in the first inning, with Hunter Kass, Demas, Cohn, Toby Harris, Jake Bursztyn, and Dylan Baron all contributing RBIs, capped by Baron’s two-run triple.
The scoring continued in the third, as a bases-loaded walk to Baron extended the lead to 19-0. Harris earned the win, throwing a scoreless inning, while Bursztyn closed out the game with two innings of no-hit relief.
The Hammers collected 12 hits, with Kass and Harris each picking up two. Baron and Bursztyn combined for six RBIs, while Demas drew two walks. The team showed great patience at the plate, drawing eight walks and playing error-free defense. Ryan Steinberg led the team with two defensive plays, and Dallas turned a double play in the loss.

Hammers JCC Maccabi 16U pulled off a dramatic 5-4 walk-off win against Los Angeles 16U in a tense extra-inning matchup on Thursday at Reckling Stadium. With the game tied 4-4 in the bottom of the tenth, Alex Demas delivered the game-winning hit, a double to seal the victory. Demas had a standout performance, going 3-for-5 and driving in four of the Hammers' six runs.
The Hammers got on the board early, as Demas drove in two runs with a first-inning single. Los Angeles fought back to tie the game in the fifth, with Beau Bilkiss contributing an RBI single and Josh Feder adding a sacrifice fly.
Derek Yormack earned the win for the Hammers, pitching three scoreless innings of relief, allowing two hits while striking out four and walking one. Ben Fischler took the loss for Los Angeles despite a strong effort, pitching seven innings and giving up just two runs on nine hits while striking out six. Zach Adelstein started for the Hammers, going seven innings and surrendering four runs (three earned) on five hits, while striking out four and walking three.
The Hammers' offense was relentless, piling up 13 hits. Demas and David Lieberman each collected three hits, while Hunter Kass and Jake Bursztyn added multiple hits as well. Ryan Steinberg was active on the basepaths, swiping two bases, and the team played solid defense, turning a double play.
Bilkiss led Los Angeles with two RBIs, going 1-for-3, and Evan Barak contributed two hits in four at-bats. Los Angeles' defense shone with three double plays, but they couldn't hold off the Hammers' late rally.
The Hammers will take on Maccabi Houston 16U in the Gold Medal game.

Hammers JCC Maccabi 16U secured a late 2-1 victory over Maccabi Houston 16U on Thursday, with Derek Yormack delivering the clutch hit. Down 1-0 in the top of the sixth inning, Yormack doubled to drive in two runs and put the Hammers ahead for good.
Both teams showcased strong pitching performances. Hammers JCC Maccabi pitchers struck out two batters, while Maccabi Houston pitchers recorded three strikeouts in the close contest and win the Gold
Maccabi Houston took the initial lead in the fifth inning when Eloosha Goott drew a walk, pushing a run across the plate. However, the Hammers' resilience paid off in the sixth inning when Yormack’s double changed the game.
David Lieberman earned the win for Hammers JCC Maccabi 16U, going the distance and allowing just one run on five hits over seven innings. He struck out two and walked three. Jack Lane took the loss for Maccabi Houston, surrendering two runs on four hits across five and one-third innings, striking out three and walking one.
Yormack led the Hammers' offense with two RBIs, going 2-for-3 on the day. Defensively, the Hammers were flawless, committing no errors, with Charlie Shapiro leading the way with five key plays in the field.
For Maccabi Houston, Hudson Zach had a strong game at the plate, going 2-for-3.
