Welcome to the home page of the Jacobson Hammer U16 baseball team. We are a group of dedicated young athletes who strive to be our best,for us it's more than baseball. Our goal was to win the Gold Medal in the 2024 Maccabi Games in Houston, Texas. We won all seven games and took home the Gold.
